Join Chef Henry for a cooking class unique to the Forum as he presents a creative “Haunted Menu” to go along with true-life ghost stories about the building his restaurant moved into so many years ago!  You’ll be amazed — and looking over your shoulder more than once!

What to expect: 

Be prepared for a fun afternoon filled with discussion, Q&A, and as Chef Henry walks us through his menu, some amazing tales of mysterious noises and sightings over the years throughout the building where the class takes place.  And no one ever leaves hungry!

Chef Henry Miller

Chef Henry Miller is the owner and chef of Two if By Sea, a beloved Tilghman Island hangout he opened in 2008. After years in catering and working in well known kitchens, the Culinary Institute of America–trained chef followed his dream and created a place where locals and visitors gather for home cooked meals and genuine community. Located in the former general store, Two if By Sea feels like a step back in time. Surrounded by local artisan work, shelves of cookbooks, and Henry’s collection of antique cookie jars, guests enjoy good food, friendly conversation, and the slower pace that makes the island special.
