Dodie Theune, Ph.D.

Doris (Dodie) Theune holds a Ph.D. in Transformative Adult Learning. As a Senior Vice President at The Bryn Mawr Trust & Estate Division, Dodie held certifications in Financial Planning, Life and Health Insurance, and Series 7 designations. She led a popular seminar series, “Taking Control: Financial Management for Women” and “Retirement Planning.” After retiring from Bryn Mawr Trust, she helped design and taught “Investing for the Future,” a four-credit course at Temple University in Philadelphia. Dodie has published many financial articles and has appeared as a guest on local Philadelphia TV and in New York for CNN Financial Times. Dodie lives in the heart of St Michaels with her husband of 65 years. They have five grown children and two grandsons.
