Tap into your creative side for a fun couple of hours!
Have you ever found yourself envying the beautiful mosaics around town? Many, if not all, are by Jen Wagner, a fun, enthusiastic, and very talented artist raised right here in Talbot County!
Create a unique, one of a kind, framed 8″ x 10″ stained glass mosaic at Jen’s upstairs studio in Easton! You select your own design while she provides the tools, materials and guidance. Once done, Jen grouts and schedules pickup at a later date.
You must be registered in advance to attend. Please bring your own snacks and beverages; alcohol is allowed.
If you are wondering about designs Jen has a few tips! Choose something that makes you happy, that you love (and also wouldn’t mind having in your home)! Let’s use a dragonfly as an example. Google “coloring book image of a dragonfly” and you will get many different images to choose from! Print it out at 8”x 10” and you can slide it right under your base glass and work from it! Coloring book images give you the “bare bones” outline you need. Jen also has many templates that you can pick from. Please bring whatever food and drink you would like! And also, please feel free to contact Jen below with any questions!
What to Expect: The class will be at Jen Wagner’s studio in Easton (10 South Hanson St, Easton, MD). Jen will grout the projects after class and arrange for easy pick up. Class size is limited to 20.
NOTE: There are fairly steep stairs up to Jen’s studio on the 2nd floor. If assistance is needed, there is a chair lift up the stairs (and Jen says she will happily take it down for the next person!) Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to class. The doors to the studio will remain closed until then so that Jen can get the space rearranged from earlier use.
**Seats for this program are giftable but not refundable unless there is someone on the waitlist to take the seat.**
