Learn how to help Mother Nature and improve your own health while creating positive change in the world.

The secret is out!!!! Gardening can enhance your life by reducing stress and promoting relaxation, providing exercise, and even aiding cognitive function.

Gardening can, at the very same time, help Mother Nature heal.

Remember the fun of catching fireflies?  Imagine a garden where happy grandchildren can find fireflies to catch. Follow a salamander.  Discover a frog!  The stress free fun of enjoying nature.  Imagine neighbors pausing to admire your yard—not just for its beauty, but for the care it shows for the natural world.

Whether you’re a bird lover, butterfly enthusiast, flower fanatic, or chore avoider, this course invites you to join the movement toward joyful, nature-friendly gardening.
