Leave the stress of D.C. driving and parking to us, and spend the day exploring the museums of your choice.
Join the Forum’s Curriculum Chair, Doug Holly, as he shepherds us to the museums of our choice at Washington D.C.’s famous mall area. Come with friends or make new ones as you explore together!
The mall in D.C. is home to a number of famous museums and there is no better time than Winter to visit. We will travel via executive bus and be dropped off in the morning at various locations on the mall and then picked up in the afternoon for the ride home. You are free to follow your interests from art, to history, to science.
The bus will drop off and pick up at the following three locations:
- Natural History / African American History* / American History
- National Gallery of Art
- Air Space / American Indian Museums
*Due to its popularity, the National Museum of African American History and Culture requires free timed tickets. You can obtain them if interested at the following link. It is suggested you get them a week or two prior and for around 11am https://www.etix.com/ticket/e/1018702/
