In this four-part class, we will use The Minute Meditation, It Is Profound! Book 4, A Diet for The Soul by Mary B. Carpenter and Carla R. Mancari. You will need to purchase the book from Amazon, available in paperback or Kindle ($4.99). Click here to purchase the book. We will learn and practice The Minute Meditation and discuss the chapters in the book. No prior meditation experience is needed. Before class starts, please read the Preface and first chapter.
