As he showcases each dish, guests will have the opportunity to savor a delicious lunch buffet featuring the very recipes he’s teaching.

Chef Rohit Shinde: Originally from Mumbai, India, Rohit come from a close-knit nuclear family and completed his early education in Mumbai. He pursued higher studies at Glasgow University, where he gained expertise in restaurant management and guest hospitality. In 2016, Rohit moved to Cambridge, Maryland, for an internship with the Hyatt Regency Cambridge. At that time, there were no Indian restaurants in the area, with the closest options being in Annapolis or Salisbury. Recognizing the demand for authentic Indian flavors, he seized the opportunity to bring a true taste of Indian cuisine to the Eastern Shore and opened his first restaurant here for the ability to share his culture and culinary traditions.
