Susan Reiss trained as a concert pianist then worked as a television writer/producer for many years. Her work has received a Silver Medal, New York International Film Festival, the Cine Golden Eagle, three Tellys and numerous Emmy nominations. She was named a Scribe of the Eastern Shore in 2015. She is the author of the St. Michaels Silver mysteries (6 books) and the IN TIME mystery/historical fiction series (3 books), both set on the Eastern Shore.
