Thomas Mackay is a rail industry professional who has worked administering various rail projects across the state of Maryland. He has worked for the major freight railroad, CSX, on Maryland’s commuter railroad service, MARC Train, and on various historically oriented heritage railroads. He holds a degree in Geography from Frostburg State University, located in the heart of Western Maryland and lives in Denton, MD.
