Dr. Ian Davis is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine Board and is an American College of Cardiology Fellow. In addition to his intensive Residency and Fellowship experiences at the University of Maryland Medical Center, he is the author of two peer reviewed studies: “Immunotherapies currently in development for the treatment of type 1 diabetes”, and “Understanding the impact of hypoglycemia on the cardiovascular system.” While Dr. Davis’ specialty is heart failure, his practice largely focuses on treatment of cardiovascular disease as well as on the seven elements to reducing cardiovascular risk.
