Doug Holly

With a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, Doug Holly spent much of his career as an engineer, then program manager, at IBM Federal Systems managing independent R&D for innovative technologies.  Later positions continued in the R&D area, as well as international business development supporting innovation.  Today he is Entrepreneur in Residence at the Maryland Innovation Center, mentoring start-up businesses and conducting the Kauffman FastTrac mini-MBA program for businesses.  He currently volunteers as Operations Chair for Chesapeake Forum.
