Staying engaged can mean reinventing ourselves and doing things we never had the opportunity to do before!
Join Kathleen as she focuses on the importance of combating social isolation and living independently, in a fully engaged manner, as we age.
In this single-session course, Kathleen will discuss the detrimental effects of social isolation on our physical and mental health, how to stay safe at home, and the importance of utilizing resources available to older adults as a way to remain independent.
