Learn how the games and skills of improv help us to be more resilient in our own life as we engage our brains with spontaneous fun and laughter!

Heather and Val are back this semester for another look at how life throws us curve balls! Being able to pivot in the moment is a skill we can build. Doing so with humor is the cherry on the sundae!

Improv – taking the “gifts” we receive and building upon them – comes out of the theatrical arts, but these games and skills help us to be resilient in our own life, love and work. Join us in a safe, collaborative environment – where everyone’s got your back and there are no mistakes – to engage your brain with spontaneous fun.

No special skills needed. You don’t even need to be funny. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to make stuff up.

What to Expect:

Improv is experiential, so prepare to be on your feet and have fun. We’ll create a safe, collaborative environment and engage you in 10-12 activities to wake up your brain, highlight the principles of improvisation, and help you apply them in your own life.

Feedback from Heather and Val’s last course:

“Totally fun and educational!  We all shared many laughs in the process of learning some key takeaways for better communication!  We need to have Val and Heather back next semester with more sessions!”

“I really enjoyed participating in this class. It was lots of fun!”
