A familiar face at Piazza for nearly a decade, Alex Roman did a friends and family test of her idea to teach a “Board Building” class that turned out to be a huge hit! Our snoopy ears at Chesapeake Forum heard about it and quickly contacted Alex to lead us in learning the tricks of creating a wonderful meat and cheese board for a weekend of noshing. Take note: If you use the term “charcuterie” to describe your board, Alex will correct you with a sniff, “That is the French term. In Italy we call it a meat and cheese board!”
